Manufacturing Process Engineer

Overall Job Responsibility

Process focused engineer working in conjunction with factory resources to advance factory capability and responsibility for manufacturing process excellence. Using Lean concepts, focused audits, coaching and mentoring of factory staff, to drive continuous improvement and insure all processes lead to premium NIKE finished product.

Job Requirements

 Bachelor's degree or above in Industry Engineering, Mechanical,Material and Chemical;

 Good command of spoken, written and read in English;

 Strong communication skills with internal and external customers;

 Office computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel, etc.);

 Good business comprehension. Organized, accurate, and timely;

 Well organized and self-motivated;

 Team player.
