　　薪酬待遇

　　实习期待遇为800元/月（实习津贴＋管理费），餐费300元/月。免费提供住宿，酒店提供一定额度的水电费，超出则由宿舍人员分担。

　　学生取得毕业证之后，双向选择，达成意向者直接与公司签订劳动合同，转为正式员工，免试用期（若实习期不满二个月，则视情况增加试用期时间）。正式员工月工资为1200－1800元不等，按岗定薪。餐费180元/月，住宿费以1元/天结算。公司按照上海市相关规定为正式员工缴纳综合保险。
