职位要求: |
1.Position Service Controller服务调度员
2.Direct Superior / Report to Technical Service Manager
3.Responsibilities:
1)Be responsible for the service arrangement of service engineers. Satisfy the customer service requirement. Report the service quality and service cost.
2)Set up the maintenance schedule of all the maintenance contracts.
3)Command the service communication skill and reduce the customer complaint rate
4)Record the service action and service result, service cost.
5)Continuously modify the engineer arrangement and deliver the suggestion about cost control.
6)Help the manager to improve the service teamwork spirit.
7)Be charge of the "Customer Satisfaction Investigation" and do basic analysis.
1.负责服务工程师的服务工作安排。满足客户的服务要求。报告服务质量和服务成本。
2.指定所有保养合同的执行计划
3.掌握服务沟通技巧,减少客户投诉率
4.记录服务活动和服务效果,服务成本等。
5.持续的改进工程师的服务安排,对成本控制提出建议。

7.负责《客户满意度调查》和做初步的分析
4.Requirements:
1.Education: College or above, major in Mechatronic or Industrial Automation
2.Good communication & interpersonal skills. Good skill to deal with customer complaint, Be patient, open, warm characteristics, Sweet tongue.
3.Has the working experience in Industrial equipment maintenance field will be preferred. Fresh graduated is also considerable.
4.Understand the knowledge of various maintenance and repairing technologies.
5.Language: Good command in written and spoken in English.
6.Skillful in using the computer better.
7.Can continuously work than 3 years.
1.学历: 大专以上学历,机电一体化或工业自动化专业
2.良好的沟通和人际交往技能,能平和处理客户投诉,接听800热线,声音甜美、清晰,性格温和,有耐心。做事认真负责,有成本管理和团队精神的意识。
3.有大型企业的工业设备维修领域的工作经验者优先,应届生也能接受。
4.能够理解各种设备维修保养的技能
5.能用英文进行沟通交流,标准普通话。
6.熟练使用电脑Office软件
7.能够持续工作3年以上。
