Research Executive(Consumer team)
Job Responsibilities:
Research
l Design partial questionnaire/guide based on similar past projects or instruction from manager
l Correctly pick out consumer insights and work on report (PPT) with the instruction from manager
l Moderate simple focus group for junior clients to watch
l Conduct in-depth interviews for junior clients to watch
l Do simple quotations
Operation Collaboration
l Coordinate well with FLD/DP/QC on research projects
l Keep informed well about project status and take ownership for the project
l Prepare clear and precise FLD briefing documents
l Do good supervisor and interviewer briefings
l Evaluate FLD costs
Client Service
l Be pleasant and cheerful to colleagues and clients, and respond requests and tasks quickly
l Keep files and papers well organized
l Follow billings and collections for projects
l Communicate with internal colleagues and external clients on projects well in English and Mandarin
Others
l Take interest in new learning and be able to apply into daily work
Take initiative to do more than asked
Job Requirements:
l Bachelor Degree or Master Degree from top university
l 0-2 years experience in market research, marketing, brand management, analysis function
l Excellent English and Mandarin skills both in written and oral
l Good command of MS-Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
l Strong communication and interpersonal skills
l Have basic knowledge of marketing and market research
l Possess ability in logical thinking, analysis, and quick learning
l Client oriented and good service attitude
l Easy-going, out-going, passionate, detail-oriented and positive attitude
l A team player and be willing to work hard under high pressure and challenges
l In mature and professional manners
