1. 员工按照公司要求，根据自己的能力进行个人评估、自主选择工资级别。
2. 公司和员工各自承担自己的风险。
工资分4个级别：
起步级基本工资1500到3500，预计年薪46000到81000；
评估级基本工资4000到5000，预计年薪92000到115000；
发展级基本工资5500到8000，预计年薪126000到185000；
卓越级基本工资100000，预计年薪230000。
