生产助理工程师（焊接方向）

Title: Assistant Fabrication Engineer（Welding）
任职要求：
1,大专及以上学历,机械,材料、冶金等相关专业毕业；2-5年钢构制造型企业的工作经验。
2, 熟悉"焊接工艺指导书"(WPS) 和"焊接工艺评定报告"(PQR)或者其它机械文件标准者优先考虑。
3, 能够进行流利的书面和口头英语交流；能够准备英文项目报告以及进行相关交流。
4, 能够熟练进行微软办公软件操作，像Word, Excel, Power Point。
5,为人正直，具有较强的组织协调能力和团队协作能力；
6，良好时间管理能力和较强的耐压性。`
Requirement:
1.  At least 3 years college in Engineering& Fabrication relevant major, preferably majored in Welding, Metal Material or Mechanical Engineering; 2-5 years in the field of steel processing or piping fabrication.
2.  Be familiar with WPS, PQR and other welding technical documents is preferred.
3.  Fluent in spoken and written English. Ability to write English reports for internal use.
4.  Be good at Microsoft office software operation, such as Word, Excel, Power Point.
5.  With good ability of self-motivation and team-work spirit and achieve the collective aim efficiently.
6.  Able to work under pressure and with good ability of time-management.
工作内容：
1,审核生产相关图纸。在管道生产前，对工程部发放的图纸，钢管切割计划表，材料表，精加工图进行审核，配合生产主管准备相关技术文件。
2,协调相关的生产、设备维修以及工厂生产安全状况；与人力资源部协调组织相关人员的培训或安排相关的培训。
3,培训指导新员工。在生产主管的领导下，按照相关技术要求和安全要求培训新员工。
4,配合生产主管，工头全面开展生产活动。同时在公司各相关部门进行必要信息沟通、传递。
5,确保车间生产状况和环境符合技术安全要求及中国相关法律要求，并向生产主管和总经理提出相应的改进意见。

Responsibilities:
1. To check technical document such as drawing, pipe cutting plan, material picking list, machine detail etc distributed from Work Preparation Dep. before starts the fabrication; to prepare necessary technical document under lead of Fabrication Supervisor
2. To coordinate the activities related with the fabrication, maintenance and safety, to give the training and/or to arrange the training related with the subjects to the related personnel by coordinating with HR Department.
3. To train the new workers in the fields of technical requirement and technical safety rules lead of Fabrication Supervisor.
4. To work with foreman and Fabrication Supervisor to develop produce activity. Carry out internal distribution of the necessary data within the related departments.
5. To make sure fabrication working conditions & environment to be in compliance with the technical safety rules & regulations of P.R. China. To give necessary precautions, improvement suggestions to General Manager and Fabrication Manager/Supervisor.

HSE  工 程 师

职位要求：
安全或其他工程类相关专业毕业，大专及以上学历；
2年及以上机械制造型企业现场安全管理工作经验；
熟悉ISO14001及OHSAS18001管理体系；
熟悉特种设备（锅炉、压力容器、起重机及厂内机动车）的登记、定期报检制度及安全操作知识；
具有PPE发放和控制经验。
能够用英语进行书面和口头沟通；
具有团队精神、时间管理能力和较强的耐压性；

岗位职责：
认真贯彻落实公司关于安全生产的各项规章度，做好每日的现场安全巡检，及时发现隐患并加以纠正；
组织相关部门并参与特殊设备&设施（如起重机、叉车、锅炉、气瓶、吊具等）的监测和检查；
负责危险废弃物的管理，确保危险废弃物按照要求进行处理；
负责车间车间人员安全生产检查，督促车间人员做好劳动防护用品的配备和管理；
与公司管理层和员工作好有效沟通以确保和其有关的各项健康、安全、环保事宜得到落实；
提出事故隐患整改措施，及时跟踪整改情况；
负责监督和管理安全卫生环保设施及消防器材的维护保养；

Job Requirements:
- Graduate of Safety Engineering or any other relevant engineering degree, college or above degree;

- Must have at least 2 years experience in safety management field; having worked in an Engineering or Metallurgical related manufacturing business is preferred;

- Be familiar to ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 knowledge;

- Be familiar with special equipments (such as the boiler, the pressure vessel, cranes and vehicles ) management knowledge, for example, registration, regular inspection and safety operation and so on.
- Have experience of PPE issuing and controlling;

- Able to communicate with oral and written English

- With team-work spirit and time-management ability; able to work under pressure

Job Responsibilities:
- Implement Company's HSE documents and rules strictly, control operating positions' safety operation regulations, and correct all wrong operations on daily site safety checking.

- Arrange relative Local Inspection Office and participate special equipments & devices' inspect ion;
- Take charge of hazardous waste management according to national law and local government's requirement;
- Check daily safety in production and supervise dressing and management of all operators' PPE;
- Closely interact with the Company mangers and employees to ensure that all health, safety and environmental conditions and requirements are successfully incorporated in the Company.
- Take measures of making corrections for all risks of accidents and follow up the corrections;
- Check daily fire-fighting safety, and pay close attention to fire control equipments and safety passages.
