TBS Shanghai office is looking for suitable candidates for following position:
AAAA. Sales Co-ordinate Responsibilities:
1. Assist Sales manager to collect market information and develop new clients
2. Answer phone calls and reply emails from various customers and concerned parties
3. Liaison with overseas offices and agents
4. Prepare weekly sales reports and other statistics reports
Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree or above
2. Fluent oral and written English
3. Be able to work under pressure and overtime
4. Good personality and team player
5. Good computer skills with Excel, Word, Power Point & etc.
BBBB. Customer Services Responsibilities:
1. Prepare booking contract.
2. Co-ordinate with Sales, Operations and agents for cargo operation.
3. Freight collection
4. Filing B/L and other documents.
5. Responsible for cargo and vessel tracing and tracking
Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree or above
2. Fluent oral and written English
3. Be able to work under pressure and overtime
4. Good personality and team player
5. Good computer skills with Excel, Word, Power Point & etc.
CCCC. Logistics Co-ordinator Responsibilities:
1. Assist Logistics Manager for sales and operations.
2. Liaison with overseas agents and venders.
3. Prepare logistics reports and statistics reports.
4. Responsible for cargo and vessel tracing and tracking.
Requirements:
