Description Perform equity research and analysis of publicly traded corporations in the HK/China Real Estate sector. Assisting in financial statement modeling/analysis, sales forecasting, data analysis/reporting, and analysis of stock performance/valuation data and report drafting. Requirement: You have to be an AIESEC EP/trainee, as this position opens to AIESEC applicants exclusively. No flexibility. Good understanding of financial statement, financial market, overall economy Fluent English both in writing and speaking Good communication skills Can adapt to long working hours Relevant experience is a plus
