 FFH entered China Market years ago and focus on providing financial service for underserved communities. Our team of internationally experienced professionals welcomes the challenge of creating values through the re-engineering of an existing institution and the creation of a new institution to achieve our mission in China.   In China, we have invested Bank of China, China Construction Bank and China Minsheng Bank, and set up a guarantee company in Nanjing and a loan company in Chengdu. FFH China has vehicles/offices in five cities and around 280 employees.

Ltd. established in September, 2008 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of FFH, headquartered in Chengdu, focus on providing high efficient and professional financial services to help micro self-employed mass market to achieve their business goal.                              
 

2009 Management Associate Program

FFH Management Associate Program (MA Program) offers unique opportunities to outstanding individuals. We are looking for candidates to join us who have the potential to be future leaders of our vehicles.  

 

MA Program is designed to develop high-potential individuals to be advanced to management roles through a series of training, rotation and stretch assignments across different business segments. Management Associate will experience real hands-on challenges working with our top management and professionals from various financial background across countries. Management Associate need to be flexible and adaptable as assignments are arranged based on business needs, and he/she should be very mobile due to assignment may request to travel at relatively short notice. Whatever assignment, Management Associate will be expected to learn fast, add value quickly and use experiences or learning immediately to build your cross- function and cultural knowledge. 

 

As a Management Associate, he/she may benefit from diverse learning opportunities as gathering the necessary skill-set and knowledge to advance career. Management Associate may quickly assume independent responsibilities as harnessing his/her managerial potential and deepen his/her expertise. He/she may gain on-the-job exposure and tap our vast network of finance industry relationships and expansive resources. 

 

Candidate Profile

We are looking for outstanding graduates with diverse background and interest in financial industry, eager to face challenges and passionate in commercial banking business. They should have the following characteristics:

-          Master degree, major in Science and Engineering, Economics or Finance, MBA, etc.

-          Excellent academic performance

-          Excellent analytical ability - Strong accountability and mature  

-          Demonstrated potential leadership ability

-          Excellent team work spirit

-          Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

-          Strong change management (relocation/mobility)

-          Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
