职位描述及要求：
1.计算机或其他理科专业。（本科以上）（硕士应届生可）
2.流利的英语读，说，写能力
3.1 年以上 Flex 实际项目工作经验, 熟悉Flex action script 3, Flex builder, Cairgorm, Pure MVC.
4.Java/J2EE (EJB，JNDI, JDBC, RMI, JNI, XML)
5.精通SQL, 并有大型数据库开发经验（SQLServer/Oracle等）
6.熟悉JBoss, Apache/Tomcat, 或其他 J2EE containers
7.熟悉面向对象设计，具备较强的需求分析和系统设计能力，丰富的详细设计经验，熟悉设计模式和UML。
8.富有团队精神,责任感和沟通能力，乐于配合和协作他人共同完成工作.
有以下经验者优先:
1.JSP, STRUTS, JSF, XML, CSS, Servlet, Tag Lib, Javascript
2.Web service (WSDL, UDDI, SOAP)
3.Java XML (XML parsers, XSLT)
4.Apache and Jakarta common libraries
5.Hibernate
6.大型数据库管理（Oracle/SQLServer）
7.金融行业知识和优良的数学基础
8.熟悉Delphi编程
