职位描述及要求：
1.3 年以上 Java/J2EE实际项目工作经验。
2.计算机或其他理科专业。（本科以上） （硕士应届生可）
3.流利的英语读，说，写能力。
4.精通Web应用软件开发(JSP, JSF, XML, CSS, Servlet, , Tag Lib, Javascript) 。
5.精通STRUTS和MVC架构。
6.熟悉Apache/Tomcat, 或其他 J2EE containers。
7.精通SQL, 并有大型数据库开发经验（SQL Server 或Oracle等) 。
8.熟悉面向对象设计，具备较强的需求分析和系统设计能力，丰富的详细设计经验，熟悉设计模式和UML。
9.富有团队精神,责任感和沟通能力，乐于配合和协作他人共同完成工作。
有以下经验者优先:
1.Team Leading 或项目管理经验。
2.Java XML (XML parsers, JAXP, JAXB, XSLT processors) 。
3.大型数据库管理经验 (SQL Server或Oracle等) 。
4.金融行业知识和优良的数学基础。
5.熟悉Visual Basic 或Delphi编程。

Responsibilities:
·Design, develop and document financial J2EE applications, with an emphasis on web applications.
·Analyse and respond to customer requirements.
·Supervise and coach junior developers.
Required experience and skills:
·At least 3 years commercial experience in Java/J2EE development.
·Graduate from reputable universities with a Bachelor’s degree or above in science or relevant subjects.
·Fluent written and spoken English.
·Web development skills: JSP, JSF, XML, CSS, XSL, Servlet, Tag Lib, Javascript.
·Familiar with STRUTS and MVC Model.
·Familiar with JBoss, Tomcat/Apache or other J2EE containers.
·Familiar with SQL language and have SQL Server or Oracle database experience.
·Good OO design skills, familiar with design patterns and UML.
·Good communication skills and good team player.
Preferred Skills:
·Team leading/supervision experience.
·Java XML (XML parsers, JAXP, JAXB, XSLT processors).
·Oracle or SQL Server administration experience.
·Any financial knowledge and strong mathematical background will be a significant advantage.
·Visual Basic and/or Delphi experience.
