定量研究员实习生
一、岗位职责：
1．协助进行研究问卷/方案设计
2．根据要求，为项目研究收集、整理相关资料、信息3．独立翻译问卷
4．协助进行项目培训，执行及监控
5．负责核对数据报告的准确性
6．在指导下制定码表，制作图表
7．完成上级交办的其他工作
二、任职资格：
1．本科以上学历，统计学、社会学或营销学等相关专业应届毕业生
2. ？年龄22-25岁; 性别不限;
3. ？对数据敏感，熟悉各类统计方法应用及熟练使用SPSS、SAS等统计分析软件，有较强的数据分析能力及表达能力;熟练使用日常办公软件；
4. ？英语六级以上的，听、说、读、写皆优
5. ？拥有高度的责任心和吃苦耐劳精神，品行端正,具有良好的职业操守，具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神.
6. 能适应弹性工作节奏。
Research Assistant – Quantitative
Responsibilities:
Assist manager/researcher in designing questionnaire/research proposal
Collect information using different data sources
Translate questionnaire from Chinese to English and vice versa
Assist manager/researcher to do the training, projection execution and monitoring
Check report data
Ability to code and make charts
Be able to do other required tasks
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s and above; Statistics, Sociology, and Marketing are preferred.
Age: 22-25 years old
Previous data analysis experience is preferred; familiarity with statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, etc.) and MS Office.
Good written and oral English skills
Responsible, good character and work ethic
Ability to work under pressure
7.Good communication skills and is a good team player
Flexible, ability to adapt to different work conditions
