The Regalia Serviced Residences Management (Regalia) was founded in 1996 to manage and operate serviced residences in China. It is a subsidiary of Grand Central Holdings Ltd (GCH), a reputable property developer and owner of many up-scale serviced residence projects in China.
Over the years, Regalia has developed unique expertise in serviced residence operations, property investments and consulting services, targeted mainly at the expatriate community. All these track records have clearly differentiated her from even the renowned international serviced residence operators in the market.
We are looking for individuals with a track record in one of the areas, having good command of both English and Mandarin Chinese, eager to learn, and with strong teamwork spirit.
