Responsibilities: ·Engage in daily trade processing and maintenance of Fixed Income Swaps, Equity Swaps, Credit, Derivatives, Stocks, Bonds, OTC Options, and other cash and derivative products ·Research and resolve discrepancies. ·Collaborate with hedge fund clients to ensure their Trade Processing requirements are met ·Interact effectively with Trade Processing team members, Valuations and P&L. Treasury, and other supporting department(s) to resolve trade booking issues. ·Actively work with multiple departments across the firm to drive results and deliverables. ·Contribute to design and implementation of procedural improvements to improve daily trade processing and investment maintenance processes. ·Actively engage in special analytical projects for senior management as needed. ·Process daily requirements per checklist including but not limited to processing new security set-ups, corporate actions, option expirations, swap maturities, newly executed trade, and terminations. ·Maintain daily work flow by adhering to deadlines of deliverables throughout the day ·Identify issues that need escalation and reporting such to ensure issues are addressed in a timely fashion. ·May mentor employees in Analyst Program

Responsibilities: ·Reports directly to Senior Controller/Controller, Fund Accounting ·Become acclimated to the hedge fund industry, learning terms and definitions ·Learn to manipulate the systems, including running reports & processing journal entries ·Learn how to reconcile/review reconciliations produced by operations and incorporate break resolution ·Learn procedures, process work flows, and infrastructure of Fund Accounting functions, with direction from Controllers/Senior Staff Accountants ·Generate and deliver accurate daily NAV calculations and certain month end final NAV responsibilities ·Assist Controller/Senior Controller with month end/year end deliverables including balance sheet tie out & year end financial stmt work ·With direction from Controller, interact with Auditors to ensure that the year end client deliverables are met in a timely and efficient manner ·Communicate any issues with senior management if issues arise that would lead to delays in delivering our service contracts ·Interact effectively with other Fund Accounting Controllers, accounting team members, and other supporting department(s) to resolve month end balance sheet verification issues and any issues relating to client deliverables ·Actively work with multiple departments across the firm to drive results and deliverables ·Ensure that the IT applications supporting Fund Accounting work effectively and efficientlyActively engage in special analytical projects for senior management
