“亚太区市场工程师”

职位描述与基本任职要求如下：

Marketing Engineer – Asia Pacific                                                              

General Responsibilities:

Marketing Engineer is responsible for supporting and managing all processes involving export orders and sales in the assigned countries. Also responsible for providing technical supports and trouble shooting guidance to export customers and representatives. With the customer focus in mind, this person is expected to understand the various levels of technical understanding and cultural differences that customers and representatives have and to effectively communicate with them in the appropriate technical depths and in a professional manner.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales and Application Support

1.                  Train new and existing representatives on EVAPCO products & their applications and conduct customer seminars when required

2.                  Provide technical and commercial supports to representatives including multiplier management and application supports

3.                  Coordinate specials in technical details and pricing

4.                  Coordinate international projects with North America and European operations.

5.                  Prepare quotes, negotiate and close orders for house accounts

6.                  Develop sales tools as needed to effectively support Asia Pacific region representatives

7.                  Assist in the development and distribution of marketing materials

8.                  Assist in the pricing of new and existing product lines for the Asia/Pacific Market

9.                  Coordinate customer visits with sales managers

10.             Continue to participate in multi-functional teams to improve product quality and internal processes to better service the customers in region.

11.             Assist customers and representatives in trouble shooting equipment problems and in providing clarifications on field assembly instruction of CKD units

Order Process

12.             Train and assist sales representatives with order entry to ensure technical and commercial details are accurate and complete.

13.             Review and approve submittals generated in EVAPCO’s Order Management System (OMS) for accuracy

14.             Enter change orders as required by the customer and coordinate any changes in status

Qualification and Requirements:

Candidates for the position of Marketing Engineer will have an enthusiasm for working closely with a diverse group of highly motivated sales professionals in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a pragmatic approach to novel situations are also desired attributes of the ideal candidates.

·        Bachelor degree in an engineering or technical field with 2 to 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC and/or industrial refrigeration industry, or fresh graduates of prestigious Universities from related fields.

·        Sales and marketing experience in a FDI manufacturing company preferred

·        System and application knowledge of commercial HVAC

·        Ability to travel both domestically and internationally

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office application

·        Fluent in both English and Mandarin is a must, specialized English (literal and verbal) in commercial HVAC and/or related industrial refrigeration industry is preferred.

本职位依照公司计划，希望招收一名相关专业的应届毕业生或大三在校生，先以实习生身份开始全职从事有关工作，并由公司进行业务培训，实习期设定为4-6个月，实习结束后，经考核评估后如符合相关条件，公司将考虑录用其为正式员工。
