Requirements要求
Bachelor degree or above;
本科以上学历,专业不限,男女不限, 研究生优先考虑
Proficiency of both oral & written English; 英语口语流利,6级以上
Good command of communication skill; 较强的沟通能力
Persuasiveness, and self-confidence, enthusiasm, patience, persistence and independence
较强的说服能力,自信,热情,耐心,有毅力, 独立性强
With strong commercial sense; 有很强的商业意识,曾兼职做过销售或相关工作者优先考虑
Good image with nice characteristics; 形象好,气质佳
With strong leadership skill and organization skill;
较强的领导能力和组织能力,曾担任过学生干部者优先考虑
Willing to work under pressure. 愿意在压力下工作
Those with some working experinence are preferred 有工作经验者优先考虑
Responsibility 工作职责::
1. Develop business to search potential clients in China. 寻找潜在客户
2. Search suitable candidates according to the job descriptions of our clients;根据客户职位描述,寻找合适的候选人
3. Screen CV strictly; 评估简历,筛选候选人
4. Interview candidates to see if they can meet the requirements of clients; 面试候选人
5. Coordinate with clients to arrange candidates for the interview; 与客户联系,安排候选人面试
6. Follow up 跟进服务事宜
录取流程:
有意者亲临公司面试 面试通过再进行实习 实习合格者正式签订三方协议(合同期为三年)

工作时间:星期一至五,上午8:30至下午5:30
