4.Check payment document (Expense/Material/FA/Payroll), Update Payment Plan and arrange payment 审核付款凭证，更新付款计划并安排付款
5.Documentary Contract with Voucher 合同整理
6.Check Bank Account Balance, Reconcile with Bank Statement 银行余额调节
7.Cashflow Forecast 现金流量预测
8.Cash Comments Analysis 现金差异分析
9.Voucher Arrange & Bind 装订凭证
10.Payment Bill Management 付款单据管理
11.Finance Dept. Access Maintenance 费用控制系统维护
12.Other affairs 其他事务

Qualifications of Candidate 相关要求：
1 English CET-4
2 本科学历，会计专业
3 Experience in Accounting area in a manufacturing industry 制造业实习经验优先
4 Familiar with ERP system 熟悉ERP系统优先
5 Resilience, reliable, able to work independently 有耐心，认真仔细可信赖，能独立主动工作
6 Good communication and interpersonal skills 良好的交流沟通能力

物流部实习生2名（女生1名主要负责文职工作）：
主要工作职责：
1 To make S/W for logistic operators负责制定仓库标准化作业
2 Train the operators培训工人
3 Supervise the operators监督工人
4 To improve the S/W对标准化进行改进
5 To improve shop floor物流现场的改进

任职资格：
1 English CET-4
2 本科学历，物流/国贸相关专业
3 Experience in Accounting area in a manufacturing industry 制造业实习经验优先
4 Familiar with ERP system 熟悉ERP系统优先
5 Resilience, reliable, able to work independently 有耐心，认真仔细可信赖，能独立主动工作
