Duties and Responsibilities工作职责:
- responsible for standardize files in development department, put all files in order and pigeonhole them /负责技术部门文档的规范化，技术部门文档整理，归档工作;
- write draft of bid documents in Development department /技术部门投标文档草稿的书写
- Be responsible for making minutes of technical meeting /负责技术会议纪要
- Prepare related paper work for meeting /为会议准备相关文档
- Other work assigned by Development Manager /研发经理交给的其他任务
Organizational Relationships组织关系：
This position directly report to Development Manager/该职位直接向研发部经理汇报
Position Specification任职要求：
- Bachelor degree majoring in electronics, or electro mechanism/本科电子，机电相关专业;
- Excellent in using office software /熟练使用办公软件
- Good command of written and spoken English, French speaker is preferred /精通英语读写，会法语者优先
- Could work under pressure with high efficiency /在高压下高效完成工作的能力
- Good communication skill and team work spirit /良好的沟通技巧和团队精神
