Job Responsibilities职责:

1、            design, layout and test microwave passive and active components, especially microwave circulator and isolator products

2、            lead a team of RF technicians for the life circle of current isolator/circulator project or other new projects from the concept to production

3、            interface with manufacturing for production support

4、            organize task assignments for the team and make presentations to upper management

Experience, background and skill desired 经验, 背景及技能要求

1、            Practical design experience of RF and microwave circuits, especially the circulator and isolator design is required具备实际的射频产品和微波线路设计经验，尤其是环行器和隔离器

2、            Familiar with RF test equipment for various microwave parameters test.熟悉各种微波及射频测试设备。

3、            Ability to create clear documentation with PC tools具备运用办公软件工具建立文件的能力

4、            Familiar with the RF and microwave CAD software is a plus, and ability to use AutoCAD to make the drawings for the design熟悉射频和微波CAD软件更好，能使用AutoCAD进行画图设计

5、            Good English language is preferred英语能力良好者优先

6、            2-3 years project management experience preferred具备2-3年的项目管理经验者优先

7、     Proven troubleshooting and problem solving skills有较强的分析及解决问题的能力
