1、英语能力优秀，听、说、读、写需熟练（8级、中高级口译优先）；
2、与体育相关的传媒、新闻等专业毕业生为佳；对公关传媒行业有兴趣的优秀毕业生亦可；
3、较强的观察力和应变能力，优秀的人际交往和协调能力，极强的社会活动能力；
4、能承受一定的工作压力，较强的团队合作精神，高度的责任心、诚恳踏实、谦虚好学；
5、文笔流畅，逻辑性强，有较强的应用文写作能力；
6、有媒体相关实习经验者为佳；
7、组织能力强、在校期间或实习期间有活动组织经历者为佳；
8、独立性强、对于突发事件有较好的应变能力。
注：本职位为实习岗位，周期为3个月，如在实习阶段工作表现出色者，可以考虑与本公司签约成为正式员工。
