Management Trainee - Merchandising
You will be responsible for sourcing the suppliers after you understand the oversea customers' needs then you will recommend suppliers & products to oversea customer after you evaluate suppliers and negotiate contracts and terms. Your role will be to work with cross-functional teams to define the business needs and ensure the 100% execution to meet the oversea customers' needs.
Management Trainee - Quality Assurance
You will be responsible for ensuring on a daily basis assigned products comply with quality, safety, performance and regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for helping suppliers in terms of improving their quality system so that they can have good delivery.
You also will be responsible for the new product development.
Management Trainee - Supply Chain
This particular position will work closely with freight forwarders/suppliers/merchandising team on shipping issue to make sure the delivery on time and ensure all shipments are made in the optimal way to minimize end-to-end supply chain costs. Your core function is to maximize customer satisfaction through adapted and efficient services at best cost.

Requirement for all positions
- Bachelor degree or above
- Confident & energetic, strong self-motivation and career mind.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and activities simultaneously and able to thrive in a fast paced working environment.
- Good communication skills and team work.
- Mobility. Will be mobile once receiving assignments in other domestic places or other countries.
- Fluent oral and written English. Japanese & Spanish will be a plus.
