Customer Support Officer
Responsibilities:
- Assists experienced Sales Admin/ Order Processing Officers
- Works under close supervision
- Responsible for issuing invoice to customers
- Help to maintain database
- Provide secretarial support to department members
Requirements:
- College degree or above
- Proficient in office software, knowledge and experience with database is a plus
- Detail-oriented, self-driven and pragmatic
- Good communication skills and client-focused
- Team-spirited and high sense of responsibility
- Good health

Also we provides training and consulting services of the management system certification in the QHSE&SA domains, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, TL 9000, IECQ-HSPM QC 080000, etc.
Our customers include not only domestic companies like CNOOC, SINOPEC, Three Gorges Electric, but also multinational companies like ALSTOM, AREVA, SONY, CARREFOUR, L’Oreal, etc.
Bureau Veritas Industry and Facilities Division has over 400 employees working in the offices in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Beijing and other 14 offices across China respectively subjected to the Bureau Veritas Consulting (Shanghai) Co. Ltd., Bureau Veritas Consulting (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. Guangzhou Branch and Falide Quality International Assessment Co., Ltd.
