Manufacturing Engineer -Urgent |
|
职位描述： |
·Provide leadership in developing & documenting work instructions and training materials.
·Design and implement production methods for the new program.
·Support the manufacturing group in design and completion of process certification for new plant equipment and processes.
·Plan or improve production methods including production flow, tooling, assembly methods and production equipment.
·Estimate production times and optimum staffing for production schedules.
·Participate in the hiring and training of engineering, production and support personnel to support production.
·Analyze and interpret engineering design and specification to implement established fabrication and tooling plans and procedures.
·Analyze, interpret and implement engineering and toolings changes.
·Perform defect analysis, determine cause and implement corrective actions relating to processes and tooling.
·Identify and coordinate tooling maintenance and coordination requirements.
·Coaches related personnel in the manufacturing engineering support.
·Work with EHS professional to evaluate EHS impacts when any product, process and facility changed.
·Communicate with EHS professional to evaluate the hazards of all chemical used in the process.
·Follow EHS policies and procedures.
·Know well the company EHS goals and participate EHS activities. |

职位要求： |
·Four year degree in a related machenical engineering field.
·Three-five years experience in the manufacturing field.
·Be able to read and edit related drawings.
·Possess the experience in aerospace composite structures is a definite plus.
·Good English skill is required.
·Good training and communication skill is required.
