Aquaspace is very proud to have been chosen by the Shanghai Expo organizing committee as a designated host for the 100 VIP guests in 2010. The guests will include government officials and international film and music stars.

Since 2007, Aquaspace's business has been growing at a rate of 100% per annum. In December 2008, Aquaspace controls property with a value of almost RMB 1 Billion.

Job Description:
Aquaspace would like to recruit four bright, young and talented new graduates to join our CRO team. The candidates should be open-minded, have a warm and friendly personality, and be full of creative thinking! We are planning to recruit two boys and two girls to join our team in 2008.

The CRO team is at the very heart of Aquaspace. The team is responsible for dealing with all our international customers on a daily basis. These clients come from all over the world, some work as senior managers for large multi-national companies such as Shell, Sony and HSBC, and others are diplomats representing foreign governments. The CRO team also plays a vital role in promoting the company and our properties to new clients

The Aquaspace team itself is international as well, with recent graduates from China, England, and France. The team is young, energetic with a strong team spirit. We are all dedicated to achieving the very best.

The successful applicants will have a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow within a dynamic young international company! As an intern, you will be given a wide range of tasks and follow closely our existing CRO team as they deal with international clients. If you are successful, you will then be given a full-time contract and enrolled in our six-week CRO training programme which begins in May 2009. Our CRO training programme is one of the best in Shanghai, and is of the highest international standard. You will have intensive courses about the real estate market in Shanghai, and visit the Shanghai's government notary office. Also, you will receive special training in international marketing from our Director of Marketing who has worked at the highest level in international finance in London and New York for 15 years.

You will work in our main office which is located within a beautiful garden setting. When not working, you may enjoy the superb health and leisure club in Yanlord Gardens, and also have lunch or dinner at our Aqua restaurant.

Job Requirements:

1. We welcome any candidates in the final year of their university degree course and we are flexible about the subject you are studying. Ideally your degree should have included courses on English Language, Marketing and Law, all of which are very relevant to this position
2. Excellent English skills (spoken and written). This is a key requirement for this job.
3. Warm and friendly personality (and the ability to deal with people from many different backgrounds)
4. Full of imagination, optimism, and new thinking!
5. High integrity and ethics, and with a strong sense of loyalty and team spirit. (we are only looking for candidates that are looking for a long-term career)

Compensation:
Aquaspace recognizes and rewards excellent performance. You will have the chance to be promoted very quickly, and to earn substantial bonuses. Our best CRO's can earn annual bonuses of more than 12 month's salary.
Starting Salary: RMB 5000 per month package which includes generous company benefits and a monthly educational allowance (so that you can continue your personal development throughout your career).
