岗位：自动控制工程师
截止日期：2009年3月10日

基本条件（符合1或者2均可）：
1, 2009或2010年自动化专业应届博士毕业生,对于Robust Control,Feedback Control理论精通者；
2, 或者硕士毕业，且具有三年及以上Feedback Control、PID控制或Robust Control项目实际开发经验的人；
此外,还须具备以下能力:
1,良好的英语沟通
2, Matlab编程能力.
3, 数学能力强,可以独立研究需要的控制算法.

Ricoh Software Research Center is recruiting an Automatic Control engineer. We are looking forward to hearing from you.
Position: Automatic Control Engineer
Closing date: 2009.3.10

Applicant should have:
Key requirement
1 .Ph.D graduate of year 2009 or 2010 from top 10 universities in China
. Major in Automatic Control from outstanding universities
. Familiar with robust control and feedback control theory
Or
2 . Master degree with 3 years relevant experience in feedback control or PID or robust control development

Additional Skills/Experience required:
. Matlab development skills
. Fluent English communication skills
. Ability to develop automatic control algorithm independently
