CEVA Management Trainee Program
The management trainee will be assigned to specific role within the organization. Depending on the Company’s requirement, such postings may last for 6 months to 1 year. Typical postings will cover different aspects of the business over the 2 years, including freight management, contract logistics, business development, sales management, etc. Through these postings, the management trainee will obtain a strong foundation in total supply chain management as well as general management skills.
A TWO year program through which you will:
Gain an Understanding of overall CEVA’s Business Operations
Develop functional & Supervisory Skills through “On” and “Off” the job training
Develop leadership Competencies that will bring growth in future
Have fun interacting with their peers and also the business world.
To excel in this position, you would need:
At least a Degree from reputable universities in any disciplines preferably Logistics/Industrial Engineering/Transportation/International Trade. Fresh Graduate preferred.
Excellent in both spoken and written English & Mandarin.
Demonstrate leadership and active in extra-curricular activities.
Computer literacy in MS applications and internet savvy.
Mobile and willing to travel throughout China.
Ability to adapt to any environment, meet demands, fun & cheerful, outgoing with good interpersonal and communication skills
