招聘职位职责及职位要求：

BI分析师 

Responsibilities:

Support, troubleshoot, and develop corporate Business Intelligence system to meet the needs of the organization. He/She will be a part of a MIS team that supports the Business Intelligence initiative, executing tasks such as developing reports, maintaining universe meta-data for all data sources, and develops ad-hoc reports for data analysis and investigating data anomalies.

Qualifications:

- 2 to 3 years working experience in Business Intelligence tools, Cognos preferred

- Previous experience in maintaining reporting server environments: folder structures, component settings, and administers user rights

- Previous experience working with a diverse set of end users to determine their reporting needs, develops and maintains corporate reports

- 2 to 3 years BI experience in the finance industry – Nice to have

- An aptitude towards different database structures (MS SQL & ORACLE)

- Ability to translate and write complex SQL queries

- Superior analytical and problem solving skills with attention to details

- Excellent communication skills

- Well organized and self starter

- Engineering or Management Information System degree
