联合国人口基金(UNFPA)招募项目青年顾问(短期工作机会)

这是联合国人口基金09年在中国开展的项目之一,是多部门合作的项目，此次招募的青年顾问会主要是对联合国人口基金（UNFPA）以及中国计划生育协会（CFPA）所执行的项目提供青年咨询意见。具体的项目信息可以参见附件.

对于候选人的资格的要求主要集中在有过参与式互动培训的经验，具体的要求和甄选流程如下：

The youth advisor is expected to:
•have an undergraduate degree in social sciences (or be near completion); .
•have at least two years experience in working with a youth focussed organisation that advocates for the rights of young people;
•have good participatory training and facilitation skills;
•have a basic understanding of migration and trafficking issues and associated problems and strategies;
•be able to write in plain English, getting across key points succinctly;
•be able to deliver quality work under time-pressure; and
•experience in working with a UN agency is also an advantage.

Selection Process
•Interested candidate should send a CV and a letter of motivation in English to UNFPA at liangliang@ before March 5. The letter of motivation should spell out how the candidate meets the qualifications / selection criteria under section 6 and 7, and what would be his/her methodology for reaching the target group and identifying its information/training needs and gaps.

•Applications will be reviewed by UNFPA and the China Family Planning Association. A short list of candidates will be interviewed.

•An individual contract will be signed between the selected candidate and UNFPA.

•The assignment will start in the 2nd half of March.
