Job Description: Accountant/Office Administrator
Subsidiary: Wacker Polymer Systems (
The strategies and tasks of the related Site or Section are part of the Integrated Management System IMS (Quality Manual). In case of discrepancies the IMS prevails. This Job Description is detailing those tasks to the individual functions.
WHY DOES THE JOB EXIST
As Wacker Polymer Systems (
REPORTING
Report to Accounting Manager (Nanjing)
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for all Cashier function;
- Liaison with local authorities (e.g. tax bureau, etc.)
- Monthly tax filing;
- Actively involved in set up of new accounting books;
- Deal with audit;
- Support office administration;
- Local banks handling.
QUALIFICATION
- College degree or above, accounting or relevant major preferred;
- At least 2 years experiences in accounting;
- Office Admin experience preferred;
- Good English communication ability, both in oral and writing;
- Knowledge about ERP system; experience in SAP will be a plus
- Experience in F.I.E. starting period preferred.
