为了方便在中国内地的直接采购和物流管理，中创化学于2004年在天津成立了内地首间代表处，并于2008年10月在北京成立了客户及市场研究中心。同时，我们已将上海和青岛代表处的建设列入内地发展规划之中。

工作职责：
1.能够与公司团队及国际性市场研究机构合作并通过各种信息资源独立发展客户关系，管理客户数据，监测市场动向及国际间法律、市场准入政策及反倾销政策
2.创新并完善销售工具：如，产品模版，产品介绍，销售建议，推广计划
3.了解市场、产业的动态，研究行业竞争报告，计划市场卖点，为相关部门提供潜在的客户资源
4.创新并完善工作流程以便于更好的服务客户
5.能够与其他部门合作，确保及时回复相关的市场信息
6.维护客户数据及市场信息的准确性，及时更新完善
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Work with internal teams, international marketing research institutes and also independently develop customers through various kinds of information resources, manage customer database, and monitor the development of market trends, foreign laws, market access policies and anti-dumping policies;
2.Develop and optimize product sales tools such as product demos, product presentations, sales proposal and promotion plan;
3.Investigate the market and industry trends, study industry competitive report, plan key selling points and provide relative departments with potential customers resources;
4.Work on process improvements in an innovative manner to provide better service to our customers;
5.Work with other internal departments and ensure timely response to relevant market information;
6.Maintain Customer Database for its accuracy; update the information of customers in a timely manner.

3.熟悉市场、产业和竞争的状态并合理分析，以便推动客户聚焦的计划，确定销售卖点，鉴别客户等级
4.通过电话、邮件、传真等形式为客户提供专业业务服务
5.创新并完善工作流程以便于更好的服务客户
6.能够与其他部门合作，确保及时回复客户的订单要求
7.维护客户数据库资料的准确性，及时更新客户信息
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Work with internal teams, external agencies and also independently develop customers through various kinds of information resources; be familiarized with company business and product properties so as to provide customers with high-quality sales service;
2.Develop and optimize product sales tools such as product demos, product presentations and sales proposal templates;
3.Conduct market, industry and competitive research and analysis to drive customer-focused plans, determine key selling points and identify best customer prospects;
4.Provide professional service to our customers with phone/Email/fax support;
5.Work on process improvements in an innovative manner to provide better service to our customers;
6.Work with other internal departments to ensure timely reply to customers’ enquiries and orders;
7.Maintain Customer Database for its accuracy; update the information of customers in a timely manner.
