Job Description:
Essential duties and responsibilities:
1. Day-to-day cash settlement, bank exchange settlement and handling of banks documents.
2. Take record for the cash flow/bank deposits and fill in bank account balance adjustment sheet
3. Audit the expense from different departments and take care of the reimbursement issue
4. Record accounting documents
5. Binding, sorting and filing the company account books, financial materials.
6. Be responsible for the daily works with banks, industry and commerce department, tax department, customs, labor bureau and other related departments
7. Gather statistic for sales costs and expenses, assist the accountant for invoice, monthly salary, quarterly bonuses issue.
Job requirements:
1. At least college degree and major in accounting, finance or related subject. Graduates are welcome.
2. Holding of Certificate of Accounting Professional
3. Guangzhou Hukou, unmarried, aged 22 to 28 years old，salary to be negotiated in person
4. Fluent English reading and writing skill.
5. Proficiency in the use of office software and financial software.
6. Sense of responsibility, proactive, team work
