JOB TITLE: Junior Designer
OVERVIEW OF ROLE
An excellent opportunity for a junior designer to set up in-house creative studio ‘the lab’ to produce design for print: brochures, postcards, posters, corporate identities, Powerpoint templates for pitch & presentation documents and moodboards.
This person will play a core role in the Brand Development team, adding value through the strength of their design software skills as well as a flair for the technical side of design. They will need to be friendly, energetic, passionate, full of fun, helpful and positive to work here. Great communication skills, an interest in people and a can do attitude are key.

MAIN DUTIES
Software:
–Powerpoint expertise is essential
–Video & video editing are important
–Advanced knowledge of key design software applications e.g. Illustrator, In-design, Photoshop
–A good working knowledge of Flash & Web design are nice to haves
Presentation skills:
–Working with the team to respond to informal and formal briefs for presentation design from Exec or Client in a positive and efficient manner
–Able to successfully deliver against the brief in a timely manner
–Able to multi-task by managing a variety of projects to agreed time-scales
–Good eye for detail - proactively checking documents/presentations to ensuring consistency and accuracy
–Proactive in chasing and pushing projects forward
–Will demonstrate potential to become comfortable working with a wide range of media; be it print, flash animation, photography or physical 3d mock ups etc
Creativity:
–Able to add good degree of style & design to projects as well as trying out new approaches, images etc to keep AV outputs sharp and impactful
–Able to source relevant and applicable images from brief for use in projects
–Able to contribute concepts and original ideas to projects when required e.g. standard Powerpoint presentations to High End Design
–Have a passion for perfection, happy to use initiative to resolve design problems to ensure the highest standard of output is produced and maintained
–Flexible use of the packages to ensure the most efficient and effective creative result is achieved with the given timings and budget. i.e. moving between In-design, Illustrator and Powerpoint to achieve the result
–Extra interests such as photography, animation, and packaging are considered an advantage, even if these have only been developed as a hobby to date

JOB TITLE: Research Executive
OVERVIEW OF ROLE
Research Executive is responsible for delivery of specific components of projects, working closely under the guidance of more senior team members. These people will spend 95% of their time on Quantitative skill related activities, using this as the way to learn about Quantitative research at Oracle Added Value.
MAIN DUTIES
–As a Quantitative RE at OAV AV, you shall be responsible for:
–A clear understanding of the purpose of Quantitative research.
–Delivering specific parts of Quantitative projects e.g. recommending the appropriate method (i.e. F2F, telephone, internet), design a sample structure, recruitment specifications, writing questionnaires, writing DP specs, having knowledge about statistical techniques etc.
–Discussing Quantitative issues with more senior members of the team.
–Following up with Operations throughout the project to ensure the highest quality of data is delivered on time.
–More experienced RE will do their own analysis and capture this in presentation format.

–Excellent command of English & Chinese (written & verbal)
