Qualification for Hired Position: (Describe education, experience, specific certificate as well as language)
1. Bachelor or above degree in computer science or related major.

2. Familiar with Microsoft OS (Windows XP, win 20000) and Office applications

3. Good knowledge of PC hardware & software installation and troubleshooting
具有良好的PC硬件知识及软件安装和故障解决能力
4. Basic knowledge of WAN/LAN and PBX system management

5. Strong commitment to customer service for internal customers

6. Good English written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities:
1、Provide help desk services which includes PC Setup & Software installation
提供IT Help Desk服务包含PC设置和软件安装
2、Troubleshooting hardware and software problems
硬件故障和软件问题解决
3、Printer setup and Troubleshooting
打印机设置和故障解决
4、Maintain PBX&LAN and phone related system and devices
维护PBX及LAN和电话相关系统和设备
5. Shanghai Hukou is prefered.
