西门子招聘燃气轮机辅助系统工程师System Engineer Gas Turbine

1. Develop, design and maintain reference and project specific auxiliary systems (e.g. fuel gas, syngas, ignition gas, fuel oil, NOx water, purge water, lube oil, hydraulics, pneumatic, flame monitoring and ignition systems), components (filter, strainer, valves) and instrumentation for large gas turbine application. Modify or develop actual designs to meet customer contract requirements, R&D targets and/or local sourcing.

2. Team member of an GT engineering group, who is responsible for local sourcing and project specific modification of gas turbine auxiliary systems and components and it's planed operation. Handling of documents and data will follow existing processes and structures.

3. Provide gas turbine auxiliary system, component and instrumentation design solutions. Develop and modify documents, bill of materials, system descriptions, component requirement specifications, task (operation) descriptions, system and piping requirements

4. Check, analyze, and improve designs requirements in relation to standards and codes of GT auxiliaries; provide requirements for safety and process conform designs

5. Review and implement improvements of function diagrams regarding Instrumentation & Control systems

6. Perform and participate in design reviews, Conduct HAZOP and FMEA studies on customer or management request

7. Provide acquisition and commissioning support including product change management

8. Support sales units in the offer phase and provide project support during commissioning

9. Conduct vendor qualification for systems components

- Experienced in Mechanical and/or Process Engineering / Automation.

- Experienced in Layout of Layout of process systems.

- Experienced in MS-Office applications.

- Familiar with SAP

- Familiar with logical arrangement of process steps

- Familiar with FMEA (Failure mode and effect analysis)

- Problem solving and decision making

- Experienced in Electrical engineering.

- Familiar with aerodynamics.

- Good English skills.

- Good process engineering skills.

- Advantageous for the function as an Integrated Product Team Lead

- Good at interfacing with colleagues in the Germany and the USA

- Docotor degree
