Job Title:
Sales Call Center Agent
As the one of the top 100 global outsourcing vendors, we are an US company having a state-of-the-art service center in Tianjin. Presently, we are eagerly looking to hire individuals who can speak excellent English for a sales project for our US customer.
Work Duties:
- Answer phones from US and provide customers with product and service information
- Sell products and services.
- Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff.
- Complete call logs and reports.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- At least a College Graduate. (Prefer English or International Trade major).
- Extensive written and spoken English language skills.
- Able to communicate fluently in English.
- Have good computer skills (Microsoft office and internet).
- Have an Impressive Personality / Friendly and Pleasant Attitude and Manner.
- Preferably no or neutral accent.
- Experience in Sales will be an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Be Team Players.
