Job Description:
1.Support Manufacture manager to meet the goals on Cycle time; Yield ;out put.
2.Manage and let all team members to follow manufacture flow; SOP ; WI and other standard instruction.
3.Train fresh leader and clerk to improve their working skill.
4.Well familiar and good application for manufacture document such as output tracking system/yield,  summary system/and other daily report table.
5.With well arrangement for each station manpower arrangement/adjustment.
6.For abnormal cause to analyze all result and take improvement actions.

Job Requirement:
1.Bachelor Degree, major in Industrial Engineering is preferred.
2.Good command in English.
3.Willing to run shift job.
4.Good communication and coordinate skills.
5.Good potential with leadership.
