Key Responsibilities:
- 电话接听，访客管理，做到礼貌周到、亲切热情和保密性强
- 文件管理/扫描，接收传真、Email，及时更新内部通讯簿，并印制名片
- 接受和发送信件、快递和包裹，做好记录和对账单，协助清关
- 根据要求预定酒店、机票和火车票，并及时反馈预定信息
- 办理各类签证，保证及时处理所有签证申请
- 购买各类办公用品和生活用品，包括办公室食品和饮用水
- 安排内部会议，预定会议室，做好会议支持工作
- 保证办公室和办公设备正常运行，及时报修处
- 制作和管理门卡、照片卡和钥匙，保证办公室行政安全
- 预订、分发、整理报刊、杂志，及时更新调换
- 外籍员工公寓、宿舍的安排和管理
- 根据公司要求协助处理其他事宜
Requirements:
- 大专或大专以上学历；
- 一年以上相关工作经验或2009年优秀应届毕业生；
- 优秀的中英文沟通能力；
