Our Trainee program is designed to attract and develop new graduates of the highest caliber, and build a bench and talent pipeline to support Avon China Supply Chain’s continuous transformation and innovation. The trainees are to be equipped with functional as well as overall knowledge of supply chain’s operation, management skill and company’s culture and value through on-the-job development, periodic formal training, mentoring program, performance management program and etc.
Trainee
Requirements
- Hold a recognized university degree in any discipline, bachelor or above;
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, with a CET 6 or TEM 4 qualification;
- Great passion on learning and self-motivated, willing to work under pressure;
- Mature personality with good interpersonal and communication skill;
- Open-minded, flexible and teamwork spirit.
Chemist
Requirements:
- Master degree above in chemistry or related science, Doctor preferred;
- Self-starter with high initiative;
- Strong interpersonal skill and work in a team dynamic;
- Ability to handle multi-projects within extremely short time lines.
- Good written and oral English communication skills;
Clinical Specialist
Requirements:
- Degree in dermatology or related medical fields.
- 0-10 years of related experience, experience as Dermatologist is a plus;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Ability to handle many projects simultaneously within extremely short time lines;
- Fully bilingual in English and Chinese, verbal and written.
