Position: Intern of SCL Department

 

Job Description:

- Review POR before issuing PO

审核采购申请单

-Input PO in ERP system and issue PO

在ERP系统中输入采购订单,并出采购订单

-Follow up the order and delivery time with project team and supplier

与供应商确认交货期,并及时告知项目部

-Communicate with international supplier and ensure the timely delivery

与国外供应商联系,保证及时交货

-Prepare purchase contract for international orders

与国外供应商签订订单合同

-Follow up the quality issue of the products

确保产品质量

-Invoice management and payment

发票归类,并安排付款

-Purchasing related document management

整理归档相关采购文件

-Supplier information management

整理供应商信息

 

Job Requirement:

- Either technical (electrical, mechanical) back ground

技术(电气,机械)专业毕业

-Pro-active and self motivated

主动性和自觉能力强

-Good working attitude

良好的工作态度

-Good communication and cooperation skills

良好的沟通和合作能力

-Good computer knowledge and English language(CET-4 and above) skills are desirable

良好的计算机操作能力和英语能力(四级以上)

-Previous internship in similar field is an advantage
