Position : OCXO R&D Engineer
Responsibilities:
1、Develop new products in accordance to the customers specification and cost objectives
2、Responsible for factory launch of new precision oscillator products and platforms, and factory support of existing products
3、Optimize manufacturability of the design prior to launch, and support the factory in troubleshooting quality and reliability issues in existing products
4、Establish the documentation to transfer the new design in production
5、Be the technical support to the Engineering team during new product introduction.
Requirements：
1、Bachelor degree or above, must majored in Electronics, Radio Communication, Telecommunication or related
2、Knowledge in Analog and Digital Electronic and familiar with test equipment such as spectrum analyzer, Oscilloscope, frequency counter etc.
3、Good English both in written and oral
4、Good communication skill, high responsibilities and good team work spirit
