In Charge of:
Sales development.
Follow-up of customers.
Collecting information on refractory market.
Developing new customers.
Implementing the sales& marketing policy of the company.
III. JOB DIMENSION
Key Relationship
Internal:
General Manager of Imerys Andalusite China; Sales Director.
ADV (Logistic Department in France), Logistic Department in Korla, Sales Administration in Beijing.
External:
Refractory customers, technical consultants, logistic and forwarding companies.
IV. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Assist the Sales Manager in developing the refractory market in China.
Providing the Management of the company with all information related to the market of refractory (materials, competition, prices, etc…)
Coordinate the sales process with our different logistic departments located in Beijing, France and Korla.
Maintain and develop good relationships with our customers.
V.JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Knowledge
Typical Education Level
BS-Bachelor Science
Relevant experience, knowledge and professional qualification
Above 2-3 years experiences in business development and sales (preferably in the market of minerals, or in any related business (steel, materials for construction, etc..)
Skills and Attributes
Abilities, personal characteristics and competencies:
Strong interpersonal skills, good communication skills in verbal and written
Ability to collect, analyze and reporting information related to our market.
Ability to organize rigorously the execution and improvement work in order to meet Imerys group rules.

In Charge of:
To provide technical assistance to customers
Follow-up of customers with the sales team
Collecting information on the refractory market.
Developing new applications
To update the technical documentation under the supervision of the Technical Manager of the Company

Internal:
General Manager of Imerys Andalusite China; Sales Director.
Technical Manager of Damrec
External:
Refractory customers, technical consultants
IV. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Assist the Sales team in developing the refractory market in China.
To provide the Management of the company with all information related to the market of refractory (materials, competition, application, etc…)
To provide technical assistance to the refractory producers in order to develop the usage of andalusite in their products.
To attend the technical conference together with the Technical Manager of Damrec.
Coordinates for refractory seminars and exhibition
To communicate with customers and understand their needs. Provide first hand technical support of Trial/Tech Service/Trouble shooting to Key customers.
Ensure technology exchange and communication about technic related business issue within the organization.
V.JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Knowledge
Typical Education Level
Science/Material/Chemistry Bachelor degree
Relevant experience, knowledge and professional qualification
Above 4-5 years experiences in refractory industry.
Skills and Attributes
Abilities, personal characteristics and competencies
Good communication, presentation and marketing skills
Ability to collect, analyze and reporting information related to our market.
Complete familiarity with the refractory applications
Ability to provide technical assistance to customers and to have technical assistance at different levels (Production, R & D, Quality).
Fluent English preferred (written and spoken)
Willingness to travel frequently
