为配合公司业务的迅速扩大与发展，我们诚邀有志于航空事业的人士加入。

Title：Quality Engineer

Responsibility:

1.      Prepare, review and counter-sign the inspection working instructions and inspection plans for production;

2.      Establish inspection capability per production plan;

3.      Work with Manufacturing engineers in inspection process and method;

4.      Work with ME in Manufacturing Process Control and establish Control Plan;

5.      Review inspection fixture drawing;

6.      CMM program create and check；

7.      Dispose the quality problems occurred during production; participate RCCA in time;

8.      Communicate with customer about quality issue in time;

9.      Follow-up for RCCA, RMRA status and get result;

10.   Gage R&R analysis and assist manufacturing engineers analyzing process capability;

11.   On-site quality status management and control；

12.   Coaching inspector and operator how to inspect;

13.   Approve FAIR and source inspection ;

14.   Quality cost analyze and control；

15.   Report to QA manager about quality status and prepare report

Authority

Function authority：

•       Stop manufacture and process of out of control or high COPQ but no improvement;

•       Find quality risk and review RCCA;

•       Deal with quality issue freely;

•       Make sure inspection method;

•       Proposal commendation for improvement.

Personnel authority：

•       Inspector performance in quality assessment proposal;

•       operator and Engineer performance in quality assessment proposal.

Qualification:

•       University degree in mechanical or aeronautical engineering.

•       Above level IV in English;

•       Good teamwork;

•       Strong attention to detail; have potential of taking on more job;

•       Honest, taking thing seriously;

•       Well organized, self starter with initiative;

•       Willing to learn new skill and knowledge.
