Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in English or Computer Science, Pass TEM-8.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
3. Willing to work in shifts, 1 or 2 times night shift every month.
4. Self-motivated and good problem solving skills.
5. Able to work independently and under pressure.

工作职责：
Responsibilities:
1. Resolve oversea customers' queries and problems on our software.
2. Communicate and work closely with the engineering team on reported problems or enhancements.
