Warranty Assistant – Intern (Shanghai)

Responsibilities:

-          Be an expert at Cummins warranty claim regulation and policy claim regulation.

-          Check & input warranty & policy claim information correctly and punctually via IMS, then submit to national warranty claim group.

-          Per WWCM request, coordinate with dealers to provide support materials for some special cases.

-          Categorize claim documentation.

-          Track the status of warranty / policy payment to reduce cycle time.

-          Cooperate with DB accountant to check payment of warranty & policy claim

-          Prepare the monthly report to DB accountant, analyze warranty sales-cost-margin.

-          Associate with DB accountant to deal with Movex ERP system for warranty issues.

Requirements:               

-          College degree or above with major in Engine or Mechanical preferred

-          Basic financial knowledge

-          Good command of English in writing and speaking

-          Be patient and careful with details

-          Good communication, coordination and teamwork skills

-          Computer literacy 

Working Location, Shanghai Jinqiao (Company provides shuttle bus)
