Position: Technical Support Engineer
Education: Master or above
Major subjects: Applied chemistry(应用化学) or Materials Science and Engineering(材料科学与工程)
Job Description and Requirement
a.hold technical seminars with customers mainly about corrosion protection and paints, solve different kinds of technical problems by the customers
b.assist in sales by delivering technical solution to customers, including paint knowledge and application procedure
c.recommend appropriate paint systems and solutions to sales and Technical Service
d.Coordinate with other department to deal with complaint/claim issues and manage the process
e.Communicate with headquarter technical department(Asia Pacific) for regular consult and communication
Requirements
a. MSC. or Meng. materials chemistry, corrosion and protection, materials science ( polymers preferred) or materials engineering postgraduate
b. Corrosion engineering or related major preferred
c. Good oral and written English, can communicate fluently in English
d. Proficient in MS Office
e. Good communication skills, team work spirit, can work under pressure
f. Willing to travel frequently
Personal Skills/Competencies:
Good communication skills, take respect of team work and willing to take responsibility
Computer Skills:
Proficient in MS Office software and other working software
Ability of foreign languages:
Good reading and written English skills; Fluent in oral English;
Certificates/Licenses/Registration required:
CET-6 as a requirement
