The Call Centre Manager has sole responsibility for the management and success of an Accor Advantage Plus Sales Call Centre. This is achieved through driving a large and culturally diverse team of Telesales Consultants to meet and exceed sales targets. This is a fast paced environment and will require a great deal of enthusiasm, energy and entrepreneurial skills.

•At least two years’ telesales experience with 1 year management experience
