Job Description: Research Analyst (Primary Research), China

Springboard Research is headquartered in Singapore with offices across the Asia/Pacific region, which is currently undergoing explosive growth, and we are looking for 2 qualified candidates to take on primary research role based in Beijing.

Job Responsibilities:
• The person will be largely involved in primary research activities for Springboard in China.  
• Main responsibility would include conducting primary telephonic interviews with CIOs/CTO/IT Managers in Chinese speaking countries.
• Desk/secondary research from various open resources
• To conduct data checks and analyze the data collected and to help prepare final deliverables to the client
• Projects involved include primary research section for syndicated research reports and customized research and consultancy projects.
• Cooperation with other primary research teams in Asia/Pacific region

Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced MS Excel and other Office software skills for statistical research.
• Strong analytical skills
• Good understanding about IT industry
• Good verbal and written English language skills
• At least 2 years experience working in the market research industry for primary research positions, or B2B tele-marketing positions.
• A Bachelor’s Degree

岗位职责
• 日常工作主要涉及思林博德在中国地区的市场调查初步研究（初步原始数据获取）
• 主要职责包括在中国地区，对公司的CIOs（首席信息执行官）/ CTO（首席技术执行官）/ IT 经理进行电话访谈。
• 从开放式资源进行后续性调研。
• 对收集的数据进行检测和分析，并且帮助完善交付客户报告。
• 项目涉及联合研究报告，定制研究和咨询项目的初级研究。
• 与其他地区小组合作完成在亚洲/太平洋地区的项目。

职位需求
• 良好沟通能力。
• 熟练使用Excel和其他office 软件。
• 对IT产业有良好的了解。
• 良好英文说写能力。
• 2年以上在市场调研公司初步研究职位或者有B2B电话市场职位的工作经历。
• 本科或以上学历。
