德壹公司于1981年成立于日本东京，后公司总部迁至美国芝加哥，是集动物医用化工、动物医药中间体及动物用医疗器械为一体的集团公司。

德壹医疗用品（上海）有限公司成立于1999年，位于上海市嘉定区江桥镇，是美国德壹公司在沪的独资企业。上海德壹作为专业生产兽用医疗用品的企业，其产品全部出口。主要生产产品有一次性兽用注射针、注射器及相关的兽用配套产品，其中由公司科研人员研制的一次性兽用磁性针，采用特殊的材料和专用的设备及生产工艺，获得了美国专利。

德壹（永寿）公司是德壹公司于03年在陕西省永寿县投资兴办的工厂，主要生产原料药、其产品全部外销。同时在上海公司化工部门设立有高科技试验室以及植物提取车间，主要产品有：抗生素（基因筛选），蛋白质变性试剂，癌症研究和细胞生物试剂。

公司总投资101万美元，随着公司的不断创新、发展，国际市场的不断扩大，公司的生产规模也随之增长。近两年内公司将追加投资，新建国际标准化厂房，以便占领更广的国际市场。

Toku-e is established at the year of 1981 in Tokyo, Japan, then the headquarters moved to Chicago, USA. TOKU-e is a corporation which work is :Animal Medical used for Chemical, Animal Medical Intermediate and the Medical Devices used for animal.

      TOKU-e Medical Devices Co. Ltd, Shanghai established in 1999, located in Jiangqiao Town, Jiading District, which is a corporation support by American TOKU-e Co. on the financial side. TOKU-e(Shanghai)’s major is product medical devices used for animal, all the production are exported. The main production is one-off injection ,injection and some relevant fittings used for animal. Among those product, the one-off injection researched and producted by our scientific research worker, introduced with special material and appropriate equipment and production craft, acquired the patent in American.

      TOKU-e(Yongshou)corporation is a vice-company which is invest by TOKU-e and built in Yongshou Town,Shanxi Province at 2003. The main production is raw material of medicine, all the production are exported. Meanwhile the company in Shanghai’s Chemical Department established high-tech lab and distill-plant workshop, main production is :Antibiotic(filter from gene),denaturalization protein reagent, cancer research and the cell of biology reagent.

      The amount of the investment is $1,010,000,with the development and innovative of the company, the increasingly expanding of the international market, the production amount is increasing, too. In recent years, our company will give more investment in order to build the international standard factory to make a bigger international market.

      We take attention to our customer’s business trend, care our customer’s potential need and expectation, accept our customer’s complaint, select our customer’s newest information, analyse the existent problems. 实验室助理 Laboratorian Assistant  6 名

微生物、生物技术、生物工程、化工、化工设备与机械等专业 Majors in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biological Engineering, Chemical Engineering Equipment or others related.

1、 负责进行实验室无菌操作、培养基的配置、种子筛选、药瓶实验；Responsible for aseptic processing, culture media collocation, germ filtering and drug bottle experiment in Lab;

2、负责各种菌种冻存，在实验室完成菌种冻干等工作，保存优良菌种以备日后生产及研究之用；In charge of the strain freezing and freeze-drying, keep the good strain for production.

3、通过查阅文献（外文数据库），独立设计生产实验工艺，提出可行性报告，完成项目工艺初步设计；Be able to search and read foreign literature, design processing techniques independently.

4、其他相关指定的工作。Performs other job related duties as assigned.

 

化工采购 Chemical Purchasing Clerk   1 名

生物技术等相关专业 Majors in Biotechnology or other related.

1.        负责以最好的条件对不同化学原料进行采购，包括计划制定、部署/推进、处理和控制的采购进程（根据计划（准时地），高质量的，以最低成本的）；Responsible for smooth planning, disposition/ forwarding, transaction, navigation and controlling of the purchase process of different chemical materials to best conditions (according to schedule (on time), highest quality, optimized costs);

2.        寻找市场，监督国内市场，对现有信息进行分析并向部门经理汇报；Market research - monitor national and international markets and analyze information.

3.        寻找潜在供应商；Find out potential suppliers;

4.        组织、控制交货时间、交货地点和材料的质量；Organize and control delivery times, arrival of goods and quality of incoming materials;

5.        处理抱怨，并找到最好的解决方法；Deal with complaints and find best solutions.

 

工程技术助理 Engineer Assistant  4 名

机械自动化、机械设计、材料成型（模具方向）、电气自动化等相关专业。Majors in Mechanical Engineering & Automation, Mechanical Design, Materials Science, Electric Automatism and other related.

1.        英文资料的文字翻译，为工程师和国外客户的交流提供口语翻译；Translate English information, and as translator between engineer and foreign clients;

2.        与销售部/客服部进行沟通，为其提供技术支持；Negotiate with Purchasing Department/Customer Service Department, and offer technique support;

3.        协助/参与产品生产、检测标准的制定；Help/take part in production and test standards;

4.        生产车间设备管理；Manage the equipment of the Production workshop;

5.        工程技术文件管理；Manage Engineering technique file

 

客服 Customer Service   1 名

英语、国际经济与贸易、市场营销； Majors in English, International Trading, Marketing.

1.        负责对客户的询价或要求进行分析、调查、追踪、记录和答复，并将信息反馈至有关部门，以便提高整体服务水平； Responsible for analyzing, investigating, monitoring, recording and resolving any queries or issues from the customer and feed-backing to related departments to improve the overall service level;

2.        订单的登记、组织，订单确认，对订单和交货情况进行追踪等；Order entry and organization, order confirmation, monitoring of order and delivery status etc;在客户和公司部门起到一个桥梁的作用，处理客户抱怨等；

Serving as the bridge between clients and internal departments, deal with complaints etc.;

3.        文件等资料的翻译；Translation of documents etc;

 

QA助理  QA Assistant  1 名

机械工程、自动化、材料管理、工程管理Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Material Management, Quality Engineering.

1.        协助QA经理对QMS系统有效地进行贯彻和维护；Assist the QA Manager to implement and maintain effective QMS system;

2.        负责质量文件和本部门文件的日常生效、发布、保管和废旧文件的回收等；Be responsibility for daily document (both the quality and the QA department ) management including: the document taking effect, document distribution, maintaining document and reclaiming obsolete or old document;

3.        负责不合格品的处理以及相关的返工评审，必要时，纠正预防措施的发起、跟踪；Be responsibility for management process including Non-conforming product control and handle and review the related rework, when needed , issue CAPA and finish to follow it;
