实习工作包括但不局限于：
大量数据输入和分析
大量公司信息搜集和整理
为协助撰写研究报告做所有初期工作
协助行政后勤工作
员工待遇：
实习期为三个月，期间无薪，提供免费午餐；
实习期三个月期满，考核合格后转入试用期。试用期为三个月，期间薪金700元/月，提供午餐补助；
试用期三个月期满，考核合格后转入正式员工。合同期为一年，期间薪金1000元/月，提供午餐补助，解决户口，提供国家规定的五险。合同期满，根据双方意愿续约或解约；
住宿、交通问题自理。
应聘条件：
本科学历，财会专业优先；
英语六级及以上，有较好的英文阅读、写作和口语能力，有较好的中文写作能力；
有熟练的计算机操作能力，擅长软件开发者优先；
具有扎实的专业知识和良好的应用能力，较快的学习和接受能力；
具有优良的职业道德、较强的工作责任心、良好的团队协作精神，思维敏捷、工作态度积极、诚实认真、踏实肯干；
符合条件的在校生或应届毕业生毕业前可到公司参加实习。

We would like to emphasize on START UP, which means significant risks, uncertainties, and a high failure rate. We do not have a beautiful office. Our work place is more like a student dorm or a home office.
We do not offer high salaries and benefits to interns as well as full-time employees.
