Position 1: Customer Service Agent ( Intern)

Tasks & Responsibilities:

1.  Provide outstanding customer service to English speaking customers (largely from North America and Europe) as well as our Chinese based customers through live chat, e-mail, and phone;

2.  Follow standard operating procedures and quality assurance processes;

3.  Present solid knowledge of our products and services to existing and potential customers;

4.  Identify opportunities to optimize our internal support procedures and our customers' experiences;

5.  Escalate customer inquiries and / or problems when required

1.  通过在线聊天、电子邮件和电话等途径联络讲英语的客户（绝大部分来自于北美洲和欧洲）以及中国地区的客户，为他们提供优质的客户服务;

Requirements：

1.      CET6 or above (major in English language preferred)

2.      Excellent English communication (reading, writing and oral) in a clear, concise, understandable manner;

3.      Hardworking, positive attitude, responsible team player;

4.      Strong multi-tasking, and problem solving skills;

5.      Basic computer skills a must, MS Office knowledge an advantage;

6.      Interest and familiarity with massively multiplayer online games and the e-commerce industry is a big plus

Position 2: Marketing Assistant （Intern）

Tasks & Responsibilities：

1.  Communicate with internal/external parties for the marketing project implementation;

2.  Be responsible for gathering marketing information, tracking and reporting on related activities

3.  Writing and editing related articles;

4.  Research customers’ demand on English websites;

5.  Work on multiple projects in parallel and therefore will be required to manage time well and good at setting priorities;

6.  Other marketing related matters.

Requirements：

3.      Hardworking, positive attitude, responsible team player;

4.      Strong multi-tasking, and problem solving skills;

5.      Comfortable operating in a dynamic, multi-tasking, rapidly changing and highly competitive industry;

6.      Strong PC skills including MS-Office (Excel , PowerPoint, Word);

7.      Interest and familiarity with massively multiplayer online games and the e-commerce industry is a big plus
